Pictured is a private place for a group of friends to pool their photos from the time they spend together, and to turn them into recaps. By using it you agree to these terms and to the privacy page.

You keep every right to what you add. You give us permission to store your photos and show them to the people in the hangout or group you added them to, and to use them in the recaps made for those people. That's all the permission we need, and it ends when you delete a photo or your account (photos you chose to leave behind stay with your friends' groups).

• Only add photos you have the right to share, and be decent about photos of other people.
• If someone asks for a photo they're in to come down, take it down.
• No nudity or sexual content, nothing that bullies or threatens anyone, nothing illegal, and nothing sexual or exploitative involving anyone under 18, ever.
• Don't try to get into hangouts or groups you weren't invited to, and don't scrape, overload or attack the service.
• You must be 13 or older (or the age your country requires).

Group owners can remove photos and people from their groups. We can remove content or close accounts that break these rules, and we act on reports. Content involving the abuse of children is reported to the authorities.

We work hard to keep your archive safe, which is why you can download all of it whenever you like, and we'd encourage you to. Even so, the service is provided as it is: we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for losses that come from using it. If we ever have to shut it down, we'll give you notice and time to download your photos.
